Terms of Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

You will not use automated scripts, bots, or any method to artificially inflate your typing scores or manipulate the leaderboards.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

When interacting with the AI coach, you agree not to submit abusive, illegal, or harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the AI integration.

Team owners and admins are responsible for lawful roster management, invite distribution, announcements, moderation, and removing members who should no longer access a team.

Team Messages must be used for Swift Type coordination. Do not post harassment, spam, illegal content, private secrets, or content that violates another person's rights.

The software, UI/UX design, logos, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Swift Type and our licensors.

You retain ownership of any feedback, suggestions, or data you generate, but grant us a license to use this data to improve the Service (subject to our Privacy Policy).

Do not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute our source code or assets without explicit permission.

Public paid billing is coming soon. Plan names, certificate access, team limits, and payment flows may appear in product preparation materials, but paid checkout is not available until Swift Type enables the rollout.

When paid checkout opens, access will activate only after server-side payment verification, signed webhook fulfillment, or an audited administrative reconciliation.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.

In the event of termination, stored progress, statistics, team membership records, and team-message access may be permanently removed where legally permitted.
